How to Order

Shopping online at Horsing Around is very easy - just follow the steps below and wait for your order to arrive

However, if you do not wish to order online, you can also place your order over the phone by calling our friendly customer services team on +44 (0)1686 688776 (Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00 GMT)

Find the items you wish to buy

To find an item you are looking for, either select the category where it is most likely to appear from the top navigation menu or type the name of the item you are looking for into the search box at the top of the page.

You will be presented with a list of suitable products so you can select the item you are interested in.

Add the items to your shopping cart

When you are on the product page, you may need to select the finish, colour, payment terms etc. relating to the item you wish to buy. You then select the quantity of the item that you want (1 is the default quantity) before clicking 'Add to Basket'.

You will be offered the choice to 'Continue Shopping', or to 'Review & Checkout'.

Review your Shopping Basket

To access your Shopping Basket click on the basket icon at the top of your screen. This will take you to a new page where you can review the items you have added to your basket. Please check you have selected the correct quantities at this stage. If you need to alter the number of items you have ordered, or even remove items if you choose, do so and then click on 'Update Basket' to effect the changes you want to make.

Then select your country from the 'Estimate Delivery' drop down list to see a guide shipping cost for your order. This price will be confirmed when you check out.

Now all you have to do is click on 'Checkout' to complete your order.

Returning customer? or a new customer

If you already have an account with Horsing Around then please sign in by entering your email address and password.

If you are a new customer we recommend that you create an account with Horsing Around. This allows you to 'log In' and check the status of your order or shipping details, and if you place further orders it saves having to enter all your address details again.

To create an account is very easy to do, just enter your email address and click on the 'Create an Account' button. You will then be asked to provide a password, and then to confirm the password again.

If you prefer not to create an account you still need to enter your email address, but click on the 'Checkout as a Guest' button.

Personal Information

If you have logged into your Horsing Around account then all your address details will be automatically inserted for you.

If you are creating a new account, or checking out as a guest, you will need to provide us the details for your billing address. This will be your name, Billing address and a contact phone number.

If your Billing address is different to your Shipping address you will need to enter your Shipping address details.

Check the selected 'Delivery Method' and if you have different shipping methods select the one that you prefer. You can also opt to receive special offers and promotions by email if you wish. You can always unsubscribe at a later date if you no longer wish to receive emails from Horsing Around.

Now all you have to do is click on the 'Submit and Continue' button.

Payment Information

Check the payment method you would like to use to pay for your order and then click on the 'Submit and Continue' button.

Enter the necessary payment information required, and then click on the 'Complete Purchase' button.

Checkout

You should now be on the 'Purchase Completed Successfully' page informing you of your order number and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an email confirming your transaction and detailing your purchase.

If you did check out as a guest then you still have the option to create an account which will allow you to monitor your order status by entering a password, and then to confirm the password again.

Finally click on the 'Continue Shopping' button to return to the store home page.
