Where do you deliver to?

Horsing Around will normally send goods anywhere in the world. If your country is not listed when using our Online Store please click here so that this oversight can be corrected.

We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or P.O. Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Can I send my order to another address?

We are happy to deliver your order to another address other than your own. So if you want to send a gift to someone, take your delivery at work for convenience or have your goods sent direct to an artist then you`ll have the option to tell us during the checkout process.

Please note some payment companies may not offer protection if your order is shipped to an unconfirmed address.

Delivery methods

United Kingdom:

For those of you living in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands you have the following delivery methods:

1st Class Parcels: Aim to deliver the next working day

2nd Class Parcels: Delivery in two to three working days

Courier: Deliver the next working day 

Europe:

For those of you living in Europe we have the following delivery methods:

Air Mail: Delivery in 7-10 working days, 10-15 working days Eastern Europe

Courier: Delivery available to most countries. Please contact us for prices and delivery times

Overseas:

For those of you living Oversea we have the following delivery methods:

Air Mail: Delivery in 10-20 working days

Courier: Delivery available to selected countries. Please contact us for prices and delivery times

Delivery charges

The Horsing Around online store calculates the delivery cost for you based on the combined weight of the goods, box and packaging. 

When you "Check Out" from our store you will be asked which country you reside in. Once this information has been entered the program will give you the deliver cost, or a choice of delivery costs if applicable.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

To help Horsing Around reduce its carbon foot print we do not ship orders daily, but collect orders together before visiting our local Post Office. Your order will be shipped within 5 working days of us receiving your order. Therefore, depending on the delivery option that you select and where you reside in the world, your products will usually be with you between 7 to 28 working days after being shipped.

A noticeable exception to this would be orders containing fine bone china. These items are not held in stock as each piece is individually crafted and painted by hand. Normally these orders received through Horsing Around are processed within 18-24 months unless instructed otherwise.

Only part of my order has arrived?

If you have not received the entire order as detailed on the packing list, please contact us by using the contact form on our Contact Us page.

Lost parcels

On very rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. If this occurs please allow 14 days for Europe, and 28 days for overseas, for the parcel to arrive from the date of despatch.

If this time elapses and the parcel does not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that your parcel is not being held. In the unlikely event that the parcel is not being held, please contact us by using the contact form on our Contact Us page.

We aim to provide a full response to lost parcels within 30 days of receiving your contact, so please allow us this time to investigate before contacting us again.
