Track an order


Track your order using your online account

You can track the status of your delivery by following the steps below. If you placed your order as a guest, you can track your order through our guest order tracking service, click here.

1. Sign in to your Horsing Around account by clicking the 'Login' button at the top of any page across the horsingaround.com website.

2. Once you are signed in, click on 'My Account' which can be found under the main menu.

3. Under the 'Recent Orders' section of this page you will see any order(s) you have placed through the Horsing Around web site. Click on the tracking number seen in the 'Delivery Tracking' column and this will open a new secure page in your web browser showing you the tracking history of your order.

The tracking history normally shows up in a few days after the shipping date shown against your order.

I placed an order as a guest, how do I track it?

You can track your guest order by clicking the 'Recent Orders' link at the top of any page across the horsingaround.com website, or follow this link.

All you will need is your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email, and your post code.
