Horsing Around accepts most major payment methods both through our website or by post. Listed below are the accepted payment methods for online and postal payments:

Payment validation checks & authorisation
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If you are an overseas customer occasionally your card issuer will not authorise a transaction without authorisation from you the card holder.
We will notify you if this is the case, but don't worry this is a standard security procedure by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Entering credit & cebit card information
Horsing Around uses an advanced Internet security system to safeguard your data. Therefore the card details and type must be entered exactly as they are on your card in order to be accepted.
If there is an error in the way you have entered your payment details you will be shown an error message once you click on the 'Place Your Order' button. Please check your form and rectify the error as indicated in the error message.
Once this is completed you will be able to proceed with payment and completion of your order by clicking on the 'Place Your Order' button again.

Credit & debit card security
Shopping at Horsing Around is safe and to date no customer has reported fraudulent use of his or her credit or debit card as a result of purchases made through our website. We use high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

When will I be charged?
Once your order is ready to be processed by our warehouse for dispatch we will debit your nominated card, or send you a PayPal request for the balance.
If you have ordered a 'made to order' item then the deposit will be charged at the time of ordering. The outstanding balance will either be taken by monthly payments if you have opted to use our time payment option, or when your order is ready to be processed by our warehouse for dispatch.
Who pays VAT?
Please Note that countries within the European Union will be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) which currently is set at 20.0%. These EU countries are:

- United Kingdom
Our business is currently being relocated
With this in mind we have suspended our store as we feel it unfair to customers if we can’t offer you the level of service you would expect from us.
