We are proud to offer our customers time payments to make it easy for you to buy the items that you want. You can use our time payment to break down your order's purchase price over a number of manageable payments that you set.
So if you don't want to pay with plastic, or you don't have the necessary cash on hand, then our 0% time payment plan allows you to budget for all of your hobby purchases!

Terms and conditions
A deposit of 20% of the total price of your order, which includes any applicable taxes and shipping charges, is due when your order is put onto time payments.
We will then give you a cooling off period of 14 days which means if you decide to cancel your order, or wish to pay for your order in full, then you will not be charged our standard 15% cancellation fee. After that time payments must be made either on a weekly basis for orders under £250.00, or monthly basis for orders over £250.00.
Time payments can be paid by PayPal, or credit card, and you may pay the full balance on your order at any time without any penalties. Please note that in some cases if an item is being made to order paying off your order early doesn't necessarily mean you will receive your goods quicker.
You may request a written record of your payments at any time by contacting our team quoting your order number. Alternatively you can login to your account through our website to view your order and payment details.
You may cancel your order at anytime by notifying Horsing Around in writing quoting your order number. Your order number can be either found on your order confirmation email or online in 'My Account'. Your order will be automatically cancelled and ordered goods returned to stock. A full refund, less the15% cancellation fee of the amount paid, will be refunded back to you by your original payment method.
In the event of none payment against your time payments for ninety (90) days we will automatically cancel your order. A full refund, less the15% cancellation fee of the amount paid, will be refunded back to you.
If, when you make your final payment, we are unable to provide you with the goods ordered, you will receive a full refund of the deposit and all subsequent payments made.

With this in mind we have suspended our store as we feel it unfair to customers if we can’t offer you the level of service you would expect from us.
